This Saturday, April 6th, I will be opening my Studio to the Public for another Open House.

Come check out the Western Avenue Studios, a complex of buildings filled with over 100 working artists. Work ranges from textiles, to printmaking, to metallurgy, and prices can range from cheap trinkets and gifts to rather large investments. Studio is located at 122 Western Ave, Lowell, MA.

My studio is located on the fifth floor at number #527 (with the green door). I will be selling original watercolors, affordable prints, as well as leather costume wear and accessories. All the sort of stuff you see on this blog and on my website, I try to have for sale at my open houses. Open House starts at 12pm and ends at 5pm. I hope to see you there!

The Holiday shopping season is well underway! If you happen to be looking for a one-of-a-kind gift, maybe for that artsy, hard to buy for person in your life, may I suggest you consider attending the Holiday Open Houses at the Western Avenue Studios in Lowell Massachusetts. This December, I will be opening my studio, not once, but FOUR times, along with over 100 other artists, to provide the public a chance to buy artwork and crafts direct from the artists and craftspeople who made them.

The open studios will take place on December 1st, 2nd, 8th, and 9th, from Noon until 5pm. My studio is located on the 5th floor, #527, and the building is located at 122 Western Avenue, Lowell, MA 01851. I personally will be selling one-of-a-kind leather goods, jewelry, and accessories. These will include holiday ornaments and festive necklaces. I will also have many original paintings for sale, already framed and ready to hang; but if you are looking for something a little less expensive to give, I will also have prints available all for under $20. You can also buy a voucher for private art lessons!

I hope to see you there!

I want to say thank you to everyone who came out to the open house this past weekend at the Western Avenue Studios. I had a great weekend and made a lot of new contacts. I practically ran out of business cards and promo bookmarks, and I am very grateful for the interest in my work. There will be four more big open house days in December, the 1st, 2nd, 8th, & 9th. If you didn’t get a chance to come to the studios this month, but are still interested, those are your days. The open studios are a great opportunity to get some Christmas shopping done, and a chance to find some absolutely one of a kind gifts.

Most people were stunned to find out affordable most of my items were, and my items under $5 were flying off the shelf. I tend to have things for sale for every budget. I’ve always got a lot of great stocking stuffers for under $10, and a whole range of unique jewelry and prints for under $25. Larger original craft items and leather accessories go for under $50, and then for those of you with more expensive taste, I have original, beautifully framed paintings ranging in the hundreds of dollars.

Anything that I didn’t sell at the open house this past weekend will be going up on my Etsy store within the next few days. Some great Halloween items are already listed, so go take a look!

This Saturday, for the first time, I will be opening my brand new studio space to the public as part of Western Avenue Studio’s Open Studios events, which take place the first Saturday of every month. Western Avenue Studios is a converted mill factory that became artist studio spaces seven years ago. On Open Studio Saturdays, artists in the building hang up their work, and open their doors to the public so that they can explore and discover what local artists are up to. Much of the work on display during Open Studios is for sale.

My studio space is located on the fifth floor at number #527. There is plenty of parking out front, and you can enter through the yellow door for easy elevator or stair access. My studio will be open from 12-5pm.
